Dear Students, Parents, Staff, and Community Members,

As Superintendent, there is no better feeling than the start of a new school year. My top priority as superintendent will always be the education and well-being of our students. I want every student to feel they are a part of Presidio ISD.

I want all of our students to feel that they are special--- because they are! We have great students who want to learn and to be successful. It is our responsibility to give them that opportunity. I want to ensure that we, as a district, provide a rigorous and equitable educational experience to all students.

There will be challenges along the way but we will face those challenges head on. I know we cannot meet every challenge  by ourselves, we need our parents and our community to help and support our students. But, by working together I believe we will provide our students with the best opportunity for success.

As your superintendent some things you can expect from me are:

• to work hard everyday for our staff and students
• to provide the tools and resources needed for our district to be sucessful
• to listen when there are concerns
• to treat everyone with respect
• to have my support and understanding
• to be our student’s biggest fans
