Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations (2 CFR) Part 200 was incorporated into general federal regulation on Dec. 26, 2014. These regulations govern all federal grants awarded by the US Department of Education (USDE) to the state or to an LEA on or after that date.

Homeless Plan

Students who are experiencing homelessness have the right to attend school in their school of origin or in the school in the attendance area where the family or youth is currently residing.

DISTRICT GOALS

Federal Funds are used to provide resources to district teachers and students in order to sukpport effective instruction, increase student achievement, increase the amount of effective teachers, principals and school leaders. Federal funds provide low income and minority students greater access to effective teachers, principals and school leaders.
