Winners Announced for 2018 T-Shirt Design Contest

(Austin, TX) The Texas Alliance for Minorities in Engineering is pleased to announce the winners of the 14th annual T-Shirt Design Contest for the 2018 TAME State STEM Competition, presented by Raytheon on April 28th in the DFW area. TAME students across Texas submitted a record number of entries for the theme "Ideas in Orbit," impressing judges with artistic creativity and design. Congratulations to Ivye Blythe Arioja Dolino of Presidio High School and the Presidio Rocketry and Robotics TAME Club for becoming the first student from TAME's West Texas Chapter to win first place in this contest! The top scoring student receives a special invitation to the State STEM Competition. At State Ms. Dolino will awarded a $100 prize onstage. Her design will be unveiled on the day of the event, where it will be featured on the t-shirts, event programs and other materials that will be distributed to hundreds of participants.

TAME recognizes the artistic skill and hard work of students who placed in the contest. Your artwork will be featured in the event program at the State STEM Competition.
